Workshop Financial Policy
Registration fees entered on the website 14 days or more in advance of
the first day of workshop are eligible for an early payment benefit.
Fees entered on the website 13 days or less before the first day of a workshop are subject to the regular registration fee.
Students early workshop fee… $205 regular fee…$230
Doctors early workshop fee… $350 regular fee…$380
Workshop fees are not refundable, however 50% is applied to any future workshop
